WEBB provides superior construction management and inspection services to public agencies and private clients. Through a variety of projects, experiences, and clients, our firm has developed a set of contract management and inspection procedures which help ensure each construction project is efficiently run and successful.Subsequent to the planning and design process, construction management and inspection services are the concluding efforts required to ensure a quality project. We provide construction management and inspection services that support all public works projects including drainage, traffic/transportation, water resources, park, landscape, and water and wastewater system projects.

Our Construction Management and Inspection Team manages construction projects for cities, water districts, and developers.
Working with this team, you'll have the latitude to:
- Coordinate and monitor activities between contractor, subcontractors, utility companies, survey, and geotechnical consultants on the project as the owner’s representative
- Coordinate and conduct pre-construction conferences and project meetings
- Read, interpret, and enforce construction drawings and specifications
- Monitor contractor’s operation and production regarding safety, quality, schedule, and budget
- Work independently and as a team member on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
- Expand your knowledge of Public Contract Code, Greenbook, Caltrans, and local agency specifications
