Investing in Education: WEBB Supports the City of Perris Motlagh Scholarship Foundation

At WEBB, our culture is shaped by the people we hire, the communities we serve, and the opportunities we create for growth and connection.

Throughout 2024, WEBB welcomed 24 new associates to the firm and celebrated 12 associates who reached milestone anniversaries, recognizing both growth and long-term commitment as essential parts of a strong organization.

Community involvement remained a core focus. Through associate‑initiated sponsorships, WEBB supported a wide range of local organizations and causes, including youth sports programs, nonprofit initiatives, food drives, and community events. These efforts reflect the passions of our associates and our shared commitment to giving back where we live and work.

Employee well‑being continued to be supported through FitWEBB, our firmwide wellness program. In 2024, 45 associates participated, collectively completing 7,129 miles, with 25 participants exceeding the 150‑mile milestone.

Professional development was also a priority. By the end of the year, WEBB included 44 registered engineers and certified professionals and maintained 121 professional memberships. Associates participated in ongoing learning opportunities through 66 Lunch and Learns, 59 internal training sessions, and 29 external trainings.

Together, these efforts reflect WEBB’s commitment to building a workplace where people are supported, challenged, and encouraged to grow.
