WEBB connected with civil engineering students at Brigham Young University during a full day of technical presentations, networking, and career discussions. The seminar featured a real-world case study from the City of Beaumont Water Reclamation Plant and the Brineline Project, a $110 million, multi-jurisdictional infrastructure effort that highlights project delivery, coordination, and collaboration.
