The North Indio Regional Flood Control Channel Project is a
WEBB has prepared conceptual and final construction documents for the landscape improvements of two large water quality basins that serve the entire Goodman Commerce site. The basin has been programmed to also function as a recreational amenity to the site by providing a D.G. walking trail, benches, LED light bollards, low water use plants, plant buffer zones, and decorative rock. The project goals were to provide low-cost maintenance landscaping with high aesthetic quality and a park like feeling while planting to stabilize the basin slopes.
