Project Spotlight: Menifee Town Center

WEBB prepared conceptual landscape plans and landscape improvement plans for Town Center Drive in the City of Menifee. This landscape design will be composed of 7-foot-wide planted parkways, decorative landscaped medians, and a heavily accented roundabout. Key features of this design will be the highly efficient recycled water irrigation system, drought-tolerant plant material, accent palm trees, a monumental oak tree at the roundabout, decorative paving materials, accent landscape lighting, and custom decorative monument signs. Landscape medians in Town Center Drive will be planted and paved with a great variety of decorative materials to showcase this important street. The traffic circle is built around a large, magnificent oak tree that will monument the street and provide civic pride to the City.
