Project Spotlight: Orange County Water District Municipal Service Review

In this Project Spotlight, WEBB and Webb Municipal Finance partnered with the Orange County Local Agency Formation Commission (OC LAFCO) to prepare a Municipal Service Review, Sphere of Influence Update, and consolidation feasibility study involving the Orange County Water District and the Municipal Water District of Orange County.
